Lea Bond is the Foundation Assistant for the Atlanta Falcons Youth Foundation and reports to John Bare, Vice President for Sports Philanthropy and Affiliated Funds.

Before joining the Foundation in October 2004, Lea worked with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF), where she managed the endorsement application process and worked with the Council on Endorsement.  Prior to that, Lea was the Office and Special Program Coordinator for the National Kidney Foundation of Alabama (NKFA) and was responsible for the Kidney Cars Program and all Foundation accounting, but also assisted with fundraising events and board preparation.

A native of Florida, Lea received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Advertising from Troy University.  She and her husband, Kevin, have one daughter.
